ImpressedA Celebration of British Printmaking In our current exhibition we’ll be celebrating British printmaking by exhibiting a range of work from the 1940s to the present day. We’ll explore various forms of print from the commercial lithography of graphic designer Tom Eckersley to the robust architectural linocuts of Paul Catherall, via Peter Lawrence’s rhythmic wood engravings and Mark Hearld’s vibrant lithographs and linocuts. Artists featured include: Edward Bawden, Paul Catherall, Tom Eckersley, Linda M Farquharson, Terry Frost, Colin Gale, Linda Green, Peter Green, Hetty Haxworth, Mark Hearld, Peter Lawrence, Rory McShane, Melvyn Petterson, Eric Ravilious, Willie Rodger, Will Webb & Colin Wilkin.
